How long will my order take to arrive?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Are there items I canโt return?
Yes โ we cannot accept returns on custom-made items, personal care products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, or special sale items.
Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, weโll let you know if itโs approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (processing times may vary by your bank).
